I recently purchased my first home with the help of Maricel. Her support and knowledge was exceptional, but what really set her apart was that she genuinely wanted to find me that right place for the best price. She wasn't concerned about making a quick sale, even though I was rather eager to get into the market. She would weigh the pros and cons with me and try to read my reaction; if there was any hesitation she was the first to say if you're not in love then let's keep looking. She was building a relationship, not trying to make a sale.

Maricel was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of finding the right home. While we had very specific search criteria, limiting her to a very small radius, she was able to find a great place for us that surpassed our expectations. Maricel was attentive to our needs, a true professional, and clearly has a strong knowledge of the Calgary market. I would not hesitate to refer Maricel to anyone looking for a great realtor

If there's 6 7 8 or even 10 stars, i would've rate her at 10 stars. That's how she's good at handling clients like me and my wife experienced with her. No hesitations, we took her as an agent only seeing her from facebook ads. Very helpful, kind honest and an open book. No forcing of selling/buying, will help and gives positive opinions made us think the right decisions. Very friendly, on time for appointments. Quick/fast responding to messages, emails, call and no circling around. Definitely recommend this realtor agent. Thanks for the wonderful experience as first time home buyer! Great job always!
