Her support and knowledge was exceptional, but what really set her apart was that she genuinely wanted to find me that right place for the best price. She wasn't concerned about making a quick sale, even though I was rather eager to get into the market. She would weigh the pros and cons with me and try to read my reaction; if there was any hesitation she was the first to say if you're not in love then let's keep looking. She was building a relationship, not trying to make a sale.
